In order to be TPD compliant, al E-Juice sold over 10ml must contain 0mg of Nicotine. Shortfills are designed to allow nic shots to be added to them. To allow this, the bottles have a higher capacity than the juice they contain. The most common are 50ml in a 60ml bottle and 100ml in a 120ml bottle.
50ml bottle - Add one 18mg nicotine shot to create 60ml at 3mg
100ml bottle - Add two 18mg nicotine shots to create 120ml at 3mg or one 18mg shot to create 110ml at 1.5mg.
