Shipping Policy

All orders over £25 qualify for free shipping within the UK.

At the moment we are unable to ship overseas. Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders are usually shipped same day if received by midday. Due to us being a small business, this may not possible and delays are possible. We aim to have orders shipped within two business days and delivery should be expected within five days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please ensure that you contact us, via the form on our Contact Us page, before sending any products for Return, Exchange or Warranty.

If for any reason you are not happy your purchase, you have 14 days to contact us for a refund or exchange. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. Exchange items will not incur a shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will return it to the manufacturer to repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
